Overview of Board

This is an appointed advisory board which reviews all requests for amendments to the Land Use Plan Map, amendments to the Zoning Code and Official Zoning Map, conditional uses, variances related to conditional use requests and  change of nonconforming uses. This board also serves as the Town’s Local Planning Agency that hears matters related to the administration of the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
